Basic conditions
You must be at least 18 to use portrait-processing flows. You are responsible for protecting login details and actions from your account. Never share passwords, OTPs, invitation codes, or private links with unauthorized people.
The product is evolving, so features, limits, and presentation may change. We may pause a feature for maintenance, safety, or legal requirements.

Photo rights and consent
Upload only your own photos or photos you have a valid right to use. If another person appears, obtain appropriate permission. Do not use children's photos as input to adult experiences or take images from another account, device, or public source without permission.
In a partner invitation, the recipient signs in, chooses their own photo, and confirms for themselves. The sender cannot consent for them.

Understanding results and AI
A Nét Đôi score only describes visible similarity in two selected photos. It does not verify identity, family relationship, biology, attractiveness, character, health, fate, or relationship quality.
Grow-old, imagined-child, and family images are fictional AI artwork. They do not predict real appearance, aging, genes, sex, fertility, or the future. Keep the AI label when sharing.

Prohibited conduct
Do not use Của Nhau to harass, threaten, impersonate, stalk, extort, discriminate, invade privacy, identify a person, build a face database, infer sensitive traits, or automate decisions affecting someone's rights.
- Uploading photos without necessary rights or consent.
- Creating or distributing illegal, sexualized, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Interfering with security, limits, anti-automation, or payment systems.
- Using results for employment, credit, insurance, medical, legal, or biometric identification decisions.

Content, payment, and termination
You keep rights in lawful content you upload and grant Của Nhau a limited technical right to process, store, and transmit it only to provide the requested feature. You remain responsible for copies you download or share.
Prices, currency, and refund conditions are shown at checkout. Access may be limited or ended for violations, safety risks, or harm to the service or others.

Liability and contact
Của Nhau is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. AI output is not guaranteed to match expectations, and the service may be interrupted. Do not rely on it for important medical, legal, financial, or relationship decisions.
