During the public trial, original photos are read, quality-checked, and normalized in your browser. Original files, EXIF, GPS, and original filenames are not sent to the server to create the trial score. The browser creates reduced geometric data for comparison in the current session.

If you explicitly continue into the app, a separate confirmation explains what will be transferred. Landing analytics never receive photos, face geometry, email, account or analysis IDs, signed links, journal content, or query parameters.

When you register and use the app, Của Nhau may process login email, profile details, reduced metadata-free WebP portraits, Nét Đôi results, journal content and media, generated AI images, sharing choices, and transaction records needed for reconciliation.

Cleaned images are stored privately by account. Viewing uses account permissions and expiring signed links rather than permanent public URLs.

Saved portraits remain until the owner deletes the Nét Đôi or account. Email-invitation assets may be retained while the invitation is valid, currently up to seven days. Compact scoring geometry is deleted or expires after its task completes.

Journal and generated content remain until an authorized person deletes the content or account. Minimal payment, refund, abuse-prevention, and operational records may be retained longer where needed for reconciliation, safety, or legal obligations.

Của Nhau uses privacy-limited analytics for page views and allow-listed marketing events. Query strings and fragments are removed, and event properties use short classifications rather than free text.

Hosting, database, storage, email, anti-abuse, payment, and AI providers receive only the data needed for their assigned task. Internal access is role-limited.

Available controls let you stop sharing, delete a Nét Đôi, delete journal or generated content, and request account deletion. An invited participant can leave; the consent notice shown before joining explains what happens to submitted media.

Của Nhau uses HTTPS, access controls, expiring links, size limits, metadata removal, and verified deletion flows. No online system removes every risk, so choose appropriate photos and protect your account.

Material changes update the date on this page and may also be announced inside the app. If translated versions conflict during the initial multilingual release, the reviewed Vietnamese version remains the reference until both are formally approved.
